To accommodate busy schedules group classes can now be purchased in packages of 8 or 12 and used any time within a 6 month period.  Please call for more details!

NEW Friday Cardio Classes- featuring a challenging mix of circuit training or trail & neighborhood hikes, with high intensity intervals, hills, dynamic strength and agility work. Improve your endurance and energy while you torch calories during this high energy class! 

The cost is only $25.00 for 4 sessions if you’re already enrolled in our private training or group classes; $50.00 a month if done independently of other BTG training.  Please call for more details!

 

*Blue Dates represent special weekend morning cardio hikes averaging 1 to 2 hours and include a light snack.  Please refer to the ‘Events Calendar’ for hike descriptions.  Hike dates subject to change- Please call or e-mail for current dates and locations.
