Nothing beats the focused attention of one-on-one training. Our training packages include a full fitness assessment, body composition testing, nutritional guidance and lifestyle counseling to help you achieve your goals. We also provide you with a Training & Nutritional Journal to help you keep track of your progress. Please call for your free consultation! Details: Private training sessions are 75 minutes long which includes a full one hour workout including warm-up, cardio, strength, cool-down, and flexibility. The additional 15 minutes allows us to discuss any questions you might have about nutrition, lifestyle or fitness goals. PRICING: ¨ 1 session: $65.00 ¨ 5 sessions: $60.00/each* ¨ 10 sessions: $55.00/each* ¨ 2 people train together: 1/2 price second client— 5 session minimum package. ¨ In-Home: Special pricing may apply. Get a great workout and make some new friends while enjoying a variety of beautiful parks and trails throughout the Conejo Valley. Our classes offer full body workouts using body weight and portable equipment. Workouts progress in intensity during each 4 week program, so you’re continually challenged but never overwhelmed. Each class is limited to 4-8 people and most equipment is provided. *Please see below for what you’ll need to bring. Details: Our group classes are one hour long and incorporate all aspects of fitness: ¨ Aerobic / Anaerobic training ¨ Core training ¨ Strength training ¨ Balance training ¨ Speed & agility training ¨ Flexibility training Our classes are appropriate for all fitness levels and the small group size assures you’ll get plenty of personal attention to guarantee your utmost safety and effectiveness. Pricing- 4 week program / 2 classes per week: $175.00 *See our ‘Calendar’ page to purchase Group Class packages using Pay Pal. * You’ll need a good pair of running or light hiking shoes with good tread for groomed trails, an exercise mat or beach towel and 24 oz. of water. It’s always a good idea to dress in layers so you can stay comfortable as you exercise. |

Looking for something fun and adventurous? Join us for one of our upcoming single day fitness adventure trips! Try kayaking, hiking, surf camp or rock climbing. We handle all the details– you just show up and have a great time. Custom trips are also available! Details: In addition to our monthly day hikes, we’ll also be offering a one day kayaking trip on beautiful Lake Casitas, near Ojai. No kayaking experience is required—we’ll be working with guides who can teach you all you’ll need to know. This trip is suitable for most fitness levels. The exact date isn’t set yet, so please e-mail me if you’re interested and I’ll let you know as more details develop. Check the Photo Gallery for pictures from our November kayak trip and as well as other trips, including our amazing Peru trip! We occasionally offer two to three hour hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains on various dates throughout the year. Fitness Adventure Trips |

Gather four to eight friends together and we can design a custom class for you! You choose the time, location and focus of the workouts. Classes available for: ¨ Pregnancy and post-partum ¨ Seniors ¨ Kids ¨ Water Fitness ¨ Sport Event Training– Triathlons, Century rides, 10k & marathons. ¨ Team/ Sport Specific Training Details: Custom classes require a four person minimum. Some classes require an eight week commitment and occasionally special pricing may apply.
