    I feel so good from the inside out since I started with Beyond the Gym Fitness.  I have worked out at the gyms for years and the routine never seems to last long enough for me to get in shape because I just get bored to death.  I work inside the office and the house all the time, so exercising inside a big commercial building breathing more air conditioned air just isn’t physically satisfying.  I also appreciate the way you understand the concept of really making your body physically fit.  My goal is not just to make it 30 minutes on a treadmill or to lose 10 pounds.  My goal was to improve the shape and function of my body and build body strength – I could not do that in a gym!  You helped me accomplish this!  Working on a treadmill or a weight machine never helped me be a more agile hiker.  Thank you for the fresh air and for the fresh outlook on having a better body!

Dear Debbie:
I wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I have been with your exercise program BEYOND THE GYM.  After only eight weeks of exercising with you and being on a diet program, I have dropped two dress sizes, I have lost over twenty pounds and I feel great!
Your instruction methods and style, as well as your expertise in the field of physical training make me feel very safe and secure.  I know with you I am doing the exercises correctly so that I am not injured and I receive the highest benefits from each exercise.
Before I started exercising with you, I was busting out of a size 16 and I am now a size 12, I felt very sluggish but now I feel energized and I was often depressed but I am now a much happier person.  At the age of 48 and having arthritis in my knees and hips, I thought I was stuck in this overweight, out of shape and weak body.  You showed me it is possible to do something for myself and enjoy the experience while I work toward my goals.
Having a routine exercise program geared to the outdoors is wonderful.  It gets me outside into fresh air and I am now familiar with beautiful parks and hiking trails I never knew about.  I never liked the atmosphere of the gym but your alternative makes exercising more exciting and fun.  The idea of seeing large grass areas, tall tress, hiking trails lined with beautiful foliage and waterfalls is so much more inviting to me then a gym.
The best thing of all is that my new boyfriend even has noticed over the past several weeks how much I have slimmed down and toned my body.  Your program has allowed me to enjoy the outdoors and become a healthier, happier and a more comfortable person in my body.  I can wear clothes I couldn’t wear before and I am freer to be the person I want to be.
I look forward to continuing your Beyond the Gym program in both group and private classes to reach and maintain my goals for a better life style.
